Well as you might notice my blog passed from http://martani-net.blogspot.com to http://martani.net, a custom domain that I purshased a few days ago, there will be some modifications in the URL's of my websites in general and here is the list of the changes that are already done and the ones that might come soon.
Note that if you used the Google plugging to link my blogs/sites, it will be updated automatically without any intervention, elsewhere the CNAME redirections will take you to the new domain transparently, so we still cool always, we won't lose our old followers :)
Ok for my main website that will come soon it will be the main domain name http://www.martani.net which is for the moment pointing on this blog, after a while this blog will have the address http://blog.martani.net.
For the technical blog about development and programming http://developer-fun.blogspot.com it's now pointed to http://dev.martani.net.
My Google sites pages which support up to 5 different domain names still have the old address (as all the blogs do) but can be reached also from here http://web.martani.net (nothing cooler than unlimited sub domains for $7 a year :D )
I can say that am satisfied with my registrar except that it doesn't support redirection from the naked http://martani.net domain (I don't know why) so am using just transfer from http://martani.net to http://www.martani.net (don't worry if you use a proxy and it redirects you 2 times or show you the 301 status code).
Finally the last domain http://martani.info is just for some other business stuff that might be coming someday (that might even be 5 years or more unless someone take advantage and make it real stuff), but for now it's just doing well, I don't want the day my company is alive, all the domains that are supposed for the company are already taken (you can say it's a step in my 3 billion steps to go).
the service for the martani.info domain is so not cool, 10 sub domains, email support and other stuff but the main naked one cannot be changed or transfered unless I upgrade to more expensive offers.
